Brrrrr!

We didn't venture far today, just into the garden and of course- over to the allotment!

It continued to snow all afternoon and as HWDD had stayed at home to work, we busied ourselves rolling snowmen.

I'd moved the beans & onions sowings indoors yesterday but the camellia doesn't have the luxury of warmth
Special wishes go to our friends Darrrol & Raylene in Macclesfield, South Australia. I hope that these pictures cool you down! See you in the summer- for some British rain!

been around for ages - life got in the way. But how baby digger has grown. And he's walking! So soon he really will be digging. Forget his first steps - what is his first planting going to be :)

How Baby Digger has grown! It looks like he was enjoying the snow. The two snowmen are great. I hope your Camellia doesn't suffer too much after a covering of snow? x

Baby Digger is getting big! And cute! I have a 5 month old Grandson now and loving every minute.

We're too cold here for much of anything. I have starts in the house under lights and on window sill. We are making a hoop house (tunnel)that I'll be putting my purple sprouting broccoli out as soon as I can work the soil a bit more.

We just can't wait for spring!
